Year One Learn About Plants

Class: Year 1 Year: 2025 - 2026
Year One are enjoying their new Science topic on Plants. The children are identifying evergreen and deciduous plants around the school grounds and explaining why they are by observing leaves and seasonal change. In class, we have studied real plants and drawn them from observation, naming the parts of the plant using scientific vocabulary.
