POLITE NOTICES

All children in Year 2 require a PE kit in School every day. It should be kept in a material pump bag with your child’s name clearly labelled on the outside. The PE Kit should include a Sherwood School PE t-shirt, royal blue shorts, black pumps and a plain navy tracksuit for colder weather. PE will be on a Tuesday and Thursday in Autumn 1.

READING BOOKS

Reading books will be changed on a Tuesday and a Thursday. This is to ensure a high quality discussion with your child takes place each night as well as them being able to phonetically decode. Children will also be visiting the Library on alternate weeks so please ensure library books are brought into school every day.
