Year 4 Welcome a Blood Hero

Lesson: Personal, Social and Emotional Education

Class: Year 4 Year: 2025 - 2026

This afternoon Year 4 were treated to a presentation by one of their fellow classmates on a condition called Thalassaemia major. Both classes listened to an extremely well planned and presented personal account of the condition. The children were introduced to what the condition is and how this might effect the person experiencing it. At the end the children were respectful in asking questions, which were answered with great knowledge and enthusiasm. Well done.
