Year 4 visited The Bdgewater Hall in Manchester today to see a performance by the Halle Orchestra. In celebration of International Women's Day, the orchestra performed pieces of music either inspired or composed by women. The children learnt about the different sections of the orchestra, how to conduct and sang-along to 'How Far I'll Go' from Moana, using Makaton to sign. The children had a lovely afternoon!
