Understanding the value of money

In maths this week, we have been learning all about money! We started by exploring the different coins and identifying which ones we recognised. We discussed the key vocabulary and the value of each coin, and we even ordered them from smallest to greatest! Our task on Seesaw was to exchange a £1 coin for coins of the same value (using only 5p, 10p, 20p and 50p coins), and we uploaded our practical work using the camera.
