The Teeny Weeny Tadpole

Before the Easter holidays, some children visited the school pond and collected some frog spawn. We were excited to return to school to discover that some tadpoles had hatched! We have enjoyed observing them closely in the classroom and have been busy learning about the lifecycle of a frog. We have read the story, 'The Teeny Weeny Tadpole' and have written our own non-fiction texts. Our new transient art provision has been very popular and the children have come up with some super creative ideas!
