In Year 3, we have been learning all about the Place Value of numbers. We have been looking at what 100 is by estimating what 100 steps/jumps skips look like, making a tower out of 100 blocks (each different colour representing 10) and making a 100 link paper chain! We have also been looking at the value of the numbers in 3 digit numbers through the use of place value counters and place value charts.
