Class: Year 4 Year: 2026 - 2027
Year 4 have been learning about life in an Anglo-Saxon village. What were the homes like? What did they eat? Where did they get their food from? Who was in charge? We split into expert groups to gather facts and information to share with each other, in order to answer the questions. We all had a sentence to memorise then we taught these to each other. By the end of the lesson, we had learnt six pieces of information about our expert area. Next week, we are going to write a collaborative magazine about life in an Anglo-Saxon village.
