Exploring Sound in Year 4

Year 4 have been exploring sound. We have found out how sound is made, how we hear and how it travels. We have explored using musical instruments to create sound; we have used talk for writing to explain how we hear; and we have made string telephones to explore making sound travel over a distance. We have made a lot of noise and have learnt a lot so far.
