Exploring Microhabitats in Our Grounds

Year 2 are learning about living things in their habitat. Today, we explored the school grounds to find microhabitats and investigate the creatures that live in them. They learned about minibeasts living in fallen logs, clumps of grass, in trees, under rocks and leaf litter on the ground.
