DT production of Nightlights

Lesson: Design and technology

Class: Year 4 Year: 2025 - 2026

Following on from the investigation sessions the previous week where we looked at available nightlights, the children came to making the bases and casing for their nightlights. They also used their understanding and knowledge to produce a circuit with a switch to use to provide the light source inside the casing. The children worked incredibly hard through the day, working collaboratively when needed. They all enjoyed the process with lots of discussion along the way.
