Democracy in Year 3

Lesson: British Values

Class: Year 3 Year: 2026 - 2027

This week our theme around school has been on democracy and in Year 3, it has been no different. Today, children from both Year 3 classes stood up in front of their peers to deliver speeches about why they want to represent their class for different roles. The children spoke clearly and confidently. Their speeches were full of amazing ideas and reasons to vote for them. The votes have been collected in but we are waiting to announce the results alongside the whole school. Well done Year 3, excellent speeches!
