Year 2 Homework
HOMEWORK
Homework will be uploaded to the Homework Section on the Year 2 page on a Friday. Homework Books should be handed in every Wednesday.
Homework tasks will consist of: an English or Topic activity, a Maths activity and Reading focus. Homework will be related to the work we have covered in class.
Any written tasks must be completed in the green homework books. Each task should have a clear and neatly written date and title. Seesaw may also be used for tasks. This will be made clear on the Homework Overview.
If your child finds a particular task difficult, please come and speak to us so that we can support your child.
SPELLINGS
We encourage the children to learn the Year 1 and 2 Common Exception and High Frequency words. These lists can be found under the Spelling section on the Year 2 page.
