Cricket wins!

Today, 6 of our year 6 children represented Sherwood in their first 3 cricket matches at UCLAN sports arena.  

In our first match, we played St Micheal's where Sherwood came out winners, 39 for 2 to 27 for 3.  Our second match saw us against St Andrews and another win for Sherwood, 26 for 5 to 40 for 3.  In our final game, we played against Broughton and again we came out as eventual winners, 35 for 3 to 40 for 3.  That's 3 out of 3 so far.  

All the children played amazingly in both batting and fielding with some real stand out moments!

We are exceptionally proud of your achievements so far.  Now onto our final game and to wait and see if we can become Diviison 2 champions!
